The Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) is Switzerland’s international cooperation agency within the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA). In operating with other federal offices concerned, SDC is responsible for the overall coordination of development activities and cooperation with Eastern Europe, as well as for the humanitarian aid delivered by the Swiss Confederation.
The Information Management Section is the competence centre of the SDC regarding information management. Its services are destinated first and foremost to the SDC staff at headquarters and in the field offices. For FDFA staff, the federal administration staff, swiss NGOs, consultants and students are only services offered directly related with the SDC work, and even for them only insofar no other information center is enable to do it.
